Performance Potential

At the heart of our learning philosophy is the understanding that each and every one of us has unique talent and unlimited potential that, within our ordinary everyday experience, so often remains untapped.

As people, we perform to our potential when we come out of autopilot into an optimal state of readiness, when we no longer unintentionally interfere with and hold back our potentiality, repeating conditioned behaviours.

Our learning philosophy can be summed up by expanding Tim Gallwey’s Inner Game methodology as follows:

When we no longer interfere with and hold back our potential, we begin to say ‘no’ to our self-imposed limitations and ‘yes’ to our innermost potential. Exiting our comfort zone we enter the stretch zone and discover our best.
