People perform and learn best when they are out of their comfort zones and in their stretch zone. Within a highly supportive environment, our learning interventions challenge learners in different ways, drawing them out of their comfort zones and into the unfamiliar, yet stimulating, territory of their stretch zone.

Feedback
We all, in our different ways, have blind spots about our behaviours and our impact on ourselves and other people. With this in mind, our facilitators create a very special learning environment by providing both challenging and supportive feedback as and when opportunities arise.

Coaching
As a highly potent form of learning we integrate coaching into our training programmes where possible. Pre-workshop coaching maximises readiness for learning and post-workshop coaching supports the application of the learning in practice. This can be done in-house or with a professional coach.
